  • Grant Thornton’s Financial Services (FS) Tax practice provides tax advisory, transactions, and compliance services to a variety of clients in the Financial Services market, including large international banks, asset managers, insurance companies, UK-based private equity, alternative funds, and start-up fintech companies.
  • The FS Tax - Large Corporate team is part of the wider Financial Services Tax team, responsible for managing the full suite of tax compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of large corporate clients and global institutions.
  • The role offers opportunities to work on domestic and international structuring, transactions, and UK tax compliance and advisory matters, alongside the Grant Thornton International network.
  • Part of the role will focus on collaborating with the partner group to build out the practice and establish strong client relationships within the current and target client base.
  • The job is dynamic and varied, requiring an agile approach to working with different projects and people.
  • Take ownership of providing highly technical tax advice to large corporate institutions and complex global businesses across their operations.
  • Deliver partnership tax and corporate tax compliance services, ensuring tax reporting obligations and compliance deadlines are met.
  • Assist with investor reporting to enable clients to effectively communicate taxable results to their individual investors.
  • Develop and lead a diverse client portfolio, ensuring a high level of client service.
