Role Responsibilities
- Proactively source independent consultant/interim talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods
- Screen candidates against role requirements and Agile Talent Community criteria
- Write and post adverts across multiple channels, ensuring they're on‑brand and inclusive
- Keep candidates engaged and well‑informed from the first contact with you
- Track campaign performance and feed MI into team reporting
- Support continuous improvement across the resourcing process
Qualifications
Joining us as an Agile Talent Resourcer the minimum criteria you’ll need is demonstrable resourcing and recruitment experience gained from a fast‑paced commercial environment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box – we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience in an in‑house talent or resourcing function, ideally within professional services
- Experience managing a full sourcing lifecycle, from research through to shortlist
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable direct‑sourcing tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – confident engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Accurate and diligent in data entry, with a track record of maintaining data quality standards within an ATS or CRM system
- Experience with talent mapping and pipeline building
- Knowledge of D&I best practice in recruitment, including inclusive job advert writing
- Experience managing job board advertising campaigns
