Role Lead the day-to-day execution of corporate finance engagements, delivering high-quality advice and transaction support whilst managing junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage M&A buy-side and sell-side mandates from commencement to completion. Lead due diligence assignments and detailed financial reviews. Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports. Support debt and equity fundraising activities. Develop and review financial models and forecasting analyses. Manage project timetables, workstreams and deliverables. Coordinate advisers including legal, tax, banking and other professionals. Present findings and recommendations to clients. Develop and mentor Executives and Assistant Managers. Support business development and proposal preparation. Experience and Qualifications ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification. Relevant post qualification transaction experience. Strong financial analysis, modelling and report-writing capabilities. Proven project management skills.
