The team handles a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance and partner arrangements through to transactional support, and plays a key role in safeguarding the firm's interests.
Lead on all legal aspects of partner securities, including equity and capital arrangements for joining and departing partners, ensuring compliance with the firm's constitutional documents and applicable regulatory requirements. Draft, review and maintain the firm's constitutional and governance documents, advising stakeholders on interpretation and proposed amendments. Provide legal support on governance matters, including advising the firm's leadership on decision-making frameworks, regulatory obligations and best practice. Support the wider legal team on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments, managing workstreams with minimal supervision. Act as a trusted legal adviser to internal stakeholders across the business, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal guidance on a range of corporate matters.
