A look into the role

As an Associate Director within our Innovation taxes team, you will:

  1. Lead from the front in regards to delivering client work, engaging the R&D tax and wider tax teams to ensure correct skill utilisation on all projects.
  2. Take responsibility for developing more junior team members, understanding their career aspirations and supporting them in this delivery.

Knowing you’re right for us

You must have experience in managing and gathering R&D requirements across your specialist field, managing internal and external stakeholders and working within set project timeframes. You’ll have the ability to talk about tax and sector-specific technical projects and ask key questions to achieve a deeper understanding of the objectives and the work done. Monitoring junior team members’ work and coaching them in their career aspirations is an important aspect of the role and is something that we’re incredibly passionate about.

Joining us as an Associate Director, the minimum criteria you’ll need is a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ATT, CTA) with current experience in innovation taxes. You will be confident managing a large portfolio of clients.
