We are seeking a People & Change Manager to be part of our Consulting practice. The position offers a chance to contribute to and support a variety of client engagements, helping drive project team success. You will have exposure to a variety of clients and the opportunity to lead on exciting and challenging projects and be responsible for providing regular updates to the Director and Partner team. Our Consulting practice is part of our wider Consulting and Advisory services, made up of both industry leads and subject matter experts, driving change and innovation across this ever-growing department. Our consultants possess transferable skills and collaborate across various teams within the Consulting, Advisory department, applying expertise in project management, stakeholder management, communication and process improvement to drive impactful results.
As a People & Change Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry-leading clients across diverse sectors on areas such as HR, organisational change, process improvement, and strategic transformation. The position will be focused on leveraging your expertise in HR & People Advisory (including organisational design and transformation, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy and Operating Model design) and Change Management methodologies and driving successful change initiatives across a range of organisations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to solve complex issues by conducting in-depth research, leading workshops, performing comprehensive analysis and delivering strategic recommendations.
- Leading the delivery of client projects and workstreams by devising strategic work plans, managing team performance and financials, and ensuring the production of exceptional, high-quality deliverables.
- Partnering with clients in Ireland and internationally to drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and objectives.
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders and establishing yourself as a subject matter expert both within client organisations and among colleagues.
- Bringing a holistic perspective to the challenges of managing diverse teams, focusing on crafting effective strategies to navigate these complexities.
- Leading and supporting the end-to-end delivery of client HR & Change projects, from initiation through to successful completion.
- Building strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful client delivery.
- Actively contributing to the growth of the internal practice by shaping propositions, preparing client proposals, supporting business development activity, refining methodologies, and spearheading the development and promotion of thought leadership initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- A third-level degree, with a strong academic record.
- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a Consulting or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Programme and Project Management for large-scale business.
- Qualification in Change Management e.g. Prosci (Desirable).
- Proven expertise and experience in at least two (and ideally more) of the following areas: Designing and implementing Operating Models and Organisational Structures; Developing and delivering large-scale change programmes; Providing HR Consulting services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written skills with the ability to create comprehensive reports and compelling presentations.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in building strong networks and fostering client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
