Front of House Manager
Location: Can be based from any of our GTUK offices outside of London.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid working with national travel.

We are developing a new team of Front of House specialists through an outsourced provider and are seeking an experienced individual to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences. This team will ensure colleagues enjoy their time in our offices, have necessary resources, and that visitors and clients feel valued and leave with a positive impression of Grant Thornton.
Role Overview:
As a Front of House Manager within our Property and FM team, you will:
- Own the outsourced FoH contract, develop service excellence, and set service levels aligned with ESG initiatives.
- Lead and motivate the FoH team to deliver outstanding customer service, including managing client and internal events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as location leads, landlords, managing agents, neighbors, suppliers, and colleagues to enhance the office experience and drive continuous improvements.
Candidate Profile:
The minimum criteria include strong experience in contract and office management, team leadership, and willingness to travel across UK offices. Skills that are desirable include:
- Customer service and leadership experience in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness, proactive attitude, organizational skills, and collaboration.
- Health & Safety experience related to office management and understanding landlord-tenant roles in multi-let buildings.
- Interest in ESG and driving positive change.
