Who is Ignite for?

Ignite is designed for Year 12 and 13 students (as of September 2026) who are keen to learn more about accountancy and business. Those who stand out during the programme could fast‑track onto one of our highly sought‑after school‑leaver programmes, securing their future before they even leave school.

We particularly encourage applications from students who are genuinely interested in starting their career through a school‑leaver programme after completing their studies. If you are excited by the idea of beginning your professional journey straight from school and want real responsibility, real learning and real development, this experience is designed with you in mind.

Dates: Monday 17 – Thursday 20 August 2026

Location: Gatwick office – in‑person (please ensure the office you apply to is within a reasonable commuting distance)
