Our Employee Benefits Consultancy team sits within Grant Thornton UK’s Advisory & Tax LLP. We support businesses in designing and managing employee benefits strategies that attract, retain, and engage talent—while aligning with company culture and financial goals. From group risk and healthcare to pensions and wellbeing, we deliver tailored, tax-efficient solutions that make a real difference to our clients and their people.

A look into the role
As anEmployee Benefits Executivewithin our team, you will:
- Support the delivery of employee benefits consulting services across a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Coordinate and manage group risk (life, income protection, critical illness), healthcare (PMI, dental, cash plans), and pension schemes.
- Conduct scheme renewals, including data gathering, analysis, and market reviews.
- Prepare client reports, benefit comparisons, and renewal documentation.
- Resolve client and employee queries, ensuring high levels of service and compliance.
