We seek a proactive, people-focused Digital Upskilling Communities Manager to support digital tool adoption and lead communities of practice—fostering collaboration, shared learning, and innovation across the firm. You will help the business embrace new tools and mindsets, creating sustainable communities that enhance capability and confidence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Champion the adoption of digital tools, AI technologies, and new ways of working.
- Build and lead Digital Upskilling Communities, encouraging collaboration and peer-to-peer learning.
- Design and deliver tailored learning experiences, including workshops, demos, and curated content.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and digital dialogue forums.
- Align community efforts with firm-wide capability priorities.
- Gather feedback and measure impact to improve learning and engagement.
- Stay updated on digital trends and translate them into practical initiatives.
- Minimum criteria include:
- Experience leading digital or AI adoption initiatives in complex organizations.
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional communities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AI apps, Power Platforms, and digital workspaces.
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative approach and comfort with ambiguity.
