We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Digital Upskilling Communities Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment in our digital transformation journey. In this role, you will support the adoption of digital tools and AI technologies and build and lead digital upskilling communities of practice - empowering collaboration, shared learning, and innovation across the firm. You will be instrumental in helping the business embrace new tools and mindsets while creating sustainable communities that drive capability and confidence across all levels.

- Champion the adoption of digital tools, AI technologies, and new ways of working.
- Build and lead Digital Upskilling Communities of Experts across the firm, encouraging collaboration, peer-to-peer learning, and cross-functional insight sharing.
- Design and deliver tailored learning experiences including workshops, prompting parties, demos, and curated content.
- Act as a connector and facilitator - bringing together stakeholders, sharing best practices, and creating forums for meaningful digital dialogue.
- Collaborate with key teams to align community efforts with firm-wide capability priorities.
- Collect feedback and measure impact to continuously enhance the learning experience and drive engagement.
- Stay current on digital trends, tools, and AI developments and translate these into relevant, practical initiatives for the business.
Knowing you are right for us
- Experience leading digital or AI adoption initiatives in a complex organisational environment.
- Strong track record of building and sustaining learning or professional communities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with experience managing stakeholder calls and live sessions.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, AI apps, Power Platforms, and collaborative digital workspaces.
- Ability to distil complex information into engaging, accessible content for various audiences.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills
- Experience in professional services, consultancy, or similarly fast-paced and client-driven environments.
- Understanding of change management practices.
- Prior work with LMS platforms or digital learning tools.
