As a CDD Analyst in the Client Take-on and Continuance team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting CDD reviews on new and existing clients in accordance with firm policy, utilising both public sources and internal systems.
- Performing screening of clients to identify risks associated with sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
- Reporting any high-risk financial crime concerns to the Enhanced Due Diligence team and Financial Crime Team.
- Collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure accurate verification for all clients.
- Managing your own workload and meeting KPI targets while maintaining high quality standards.
Joining us as a CDD Analyst, the minimum criteria you’ll need is demonstrable experience in conducting KYC verification for different entity types and have knowledge of financial crime. It would be great if you had some of the following skills:
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in handling diverse entity types throughout the entire CDD process.
- Familiarity with financial crime risk, including sanctions, PEPs, source of wealth, and adverse media.
- Proficiency in utilising external online search engines, company registries, as well as research and screening tools like Dow Jones and Dun and Bradstreet.
- Sound knowledge of AML/CDD regulations and industry guidelines.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management abilities.
