Role Lead the day-to-day execution of corporate finance engagements, delivering high-quality advice and transaction support whilst managing junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage M&A buy-side and sell-side mandates from commencement to completion. Lead due diligence assignments and detailed financial reviews. Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports. Develop and review financial models and forecasting analyses. Manage project timetables, workstreams and deliverables. Coordinate advisers including legal, tax, banking and other professionals. Develop and mentor Executives and Assistant Managers. Experience and Qualifications ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification. Strong financial analysis, modelling and report-writing capabilities. Proven project management skills. Success Measures Delivery of projects on time and within budget. High-quality client service. Team development and coaching.
