Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Manager to take ownership of the firm’s System of Quality Management (SoQM) in line with ISQM (UK) 1. You will lead the embedding of audit quality across the practice, design and deliver training, and drive monitoring and remediation with oversight from the Audit Director.
You will manage key quality initiatives, coach an Assistant Manager, engage regulators when required, and ensure evidence-based documentation supports audit readiness across teams.
