Responsibilities
- Advise a broad range of clients on a range of tax issues, covering compliance and advisory projects.
- Participate actively in client meetings, answering queries concisely and confidently.
- Build trust with clients by delivering high‑quality tax advice, meeting expectations and deadlines.
- Lead project delivery, coordinating with wider Tax teams to ensure optimal skill utilisation.
- Develop junior team members, supporting their career aspirations.
- Provide innovative solutions to client tax issues and proactively cross‑sell wider firm services.
- Lead on pitches and proposals, growing the business through market presence and demonstration of capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with post‑qualification experience.
- Confidence managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial business clients.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and working knowledge of international concepts.
- Experience reviewing work and supervising people in a tax environment.
