Role

Lead the day-to-day execution of corporate finance engagements, delivering high-quality advice and transaction support whilst managing junior team members and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage M&A buy-side and sell-side mandates from commencement to completion.
  • Lead due diligence assignments and detailed financial reviews.
  • Prepare and review valuation analyses and reports.
  • Support debt and equity fundraising activities.
  • Develop and review financial models and forecasting analyses.
  • Manage project timetables, workstreams and deliverables.
  • Coordinate advisers including legal, tax, banking and other professionals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and mentor Executives and Assistant Managers.
  • Support business development and proposal preparation.

Experience and Qualifications

  • ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant post qualification transaction experience.
  • Strong financial analysis, modelling and report-writing capabilities.
  • Proven project management skills.
