We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM FCCS Consultant to help our clients achieve efficient financial consolidation and close processes.
Responsibilities
- Run requirement‑gathering workshops focused on group reporting structures, intercompany processes, close cycles, and ownership calculations.
- Design consolidation models, metadata structures, journals, rules, calculations, dashboards, reporting packs, and approval workflows.
- Configure FCCS, including data integration, consolidation rules, close manager, and task‑driven processes.
- Collaborate with Oracle ERP and EPM teams to ensure seamless integration across the financial ecosystem.
- Support testing cycles, transition planning, cutover, training, and hyper‑care to ensure smooth deployment.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture growth through proposals, thought leadership, and market messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent).
- Oracle EPM certification (FCC/FCCS or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience implementing FCCS or other consolidation systems.
- Experience with finance consolidation, intercompany elimination, statutory reporting, or group control processes.
- Desirable: experience with data management, integration tools, or ERP/EPM connectivity.
- Desirable: exposure to financial accounting, IFRS/UK GAAP concepts, or auditing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required.
