- Work primarily with mid-market clients, providing highly technical reward advice in a commercial context.
- Deliver and advise on equity reward projects, including share plans, and provide specialist tax support on transactions.
- Develop solutions for tax-advantaged share plans, growth shares, cash plans, buy-side and sell-side transaction support and ad hoc ERS matters.
- Create bespoke client solutions that consider their structuring needs and provide technical insight.
- Collaborate across the network with Corporate Finance, Valuations and People Advisory teams.
- Manage graduates and trainees and support their development.
- Maintain client accounts and lead day-to-day client relationships.
- Support team business development and go-to-market strategy. Tax experience within Equity Reward.
- Professional qualification (CTA / ATT / ACA) or equivalent, or a qualified lawyer.
- Technical expertise in designing and implementing employee incentive plans.
- A strong record of client service and efficient time management under tight deadlines.
- Proactive client project management, including billing and fee management.
- Desire or experience in business development.
- Document implementation (drafting or review) and/or modelling skills.
