The predicted salary is between 67500 - 82500 £ per year.

  • As a Manager within our Real Estate Tax (RET) team, contribute to a high-performing team with strong tenure within the firm and sector.
  • Work with high-profile clients on challenging, multi-jurisdictional real estate and infrastructure transactions (current transactions in the £60m, £250m and £500m ranges; recent deals over £1bn).
  • Take responsibility for developing more junior team members, understanding their career aspirations.
  • Lead from the front in client delivery and engagement with Real Estate and broader Tax teams, with support from Partners and Directors.
  • Own your work as part of a team of self-starters and carve a path within the role.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Directors to build relationships on key accounts and deliver high-quality tax services., Tax structuring - advising on tax-efficient property transactions.
  • Collaborating with Partner and Director teams to build relationships on key accounts.
  • International tax advice and due diligence on cross-border transactions.
  • Participation in business development initiatives and proposal activity.
  • Tax compliance - advising on ongoing tax requirements.
  • Setting up property funds including UK Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent qualification.
  • UK corporate tax experience, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
  • Experience monitoring junior team members' work and coaching/career development.
  • Preferably, experience in the UK Real Estate market.
