Grant Thornton UK LLP is seeking an Associate People Manager within Tax to cover our teams in London, Gatwick, Cambridge and Milton Keynes with a minimum of 3 days in the office and some travel.
Flexible/hybrid/home working options are available.
You will mentor and coach Associates, manage performance, handle administrative tasks, lead local orientation, and work with other People Managers to ensure a consistent, inclusive experience for all staff.
