Business Risk Services Trainee – 2026 Intake
Location: Jersey

Key Responsibilities
- An associate in Business Risk Services will connect with clients to quantify risks and advise on mitigation.
- Responsibilities include identifying risks arising from technology use such as cyber security, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies; utilizing data analytics to quantify identified risks; supporting assurance colleagues in delivering audit; advising clients on technology risks and efficient secure operations.
- The trainee will work with different businesses to analyse vulnerable areas, collaborate closely with colleagues to provide robust financial and risk management advice, and develop solutions to challenges.
- Tasks involve managing, planning and administering a portfolio of assignments from initial client take-on through to conclusion, ensuring completion to a high standard within agreed timetable and budget.
- The trainee will build confidence in client interactions, develop ability to undertake more complex engagements, foster relationships for client retention and growth, apply company policies and procedures, meet reporting and ethical standards, monitor own WIP, contribute positively to departmental billing and act as an ambassador of the firm to promote new business opportunities.
- The trainee will obtain a relevant professional qualification in accordance with a signed training agreement.

- Highly PC literate with good knowledge of Windows software and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident team player able to work alone on certain engagements.
