As an Associate Director within the Real Estate Tax (RET) team, you will be part of a high‐performing group with significant expertise, working on challenging, multi‐jurisdictional real‐estate and infrastructure projects. You will have the opportunity to develop junior colleagues, lead client engagements, and collaborate closely with Partners and Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a seasoned team to deliver high‐profile client projects.
  • Develop and coach junior team members, aligning with their career goals.
  • Lead work on multi‐jurisdictional transactions, including deals in the £60m–£500m range and larger projects over £1bn.
  • Own deliverables and represent the firm in client interactions, ensuring quality, compliance, and relationship building.

Qualifications

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
  • UK corporate tax experience, preferably within the Real Estate sector.
  • Experience overseeing junior work, coaching, and career development.
  • Experience in the UK Real Estate market and a proven track record in business development, working with Partners and Directors to secure key accounts.
