Team Administrator – 12 Month Contract
Location: Grant Thornton, Belfast Office
Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

About the Position
Grant Thornton Belfast is seeking to hire a Team Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. This position will primarily support our busy Tax team, while also assisting the wider firm as required. It’s a varied and fast-paced role that calls for a proactive and highly organised individual who enjoys working collaboratively and independently.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to department Partners, Directors, and Managers

Coordinate monthly reporting processes and team performance metrics

Manage team Work in Progress (WIP) and assist with sales ledger and credit control activities

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the team

Support internal development initiatives and coordinate training sessions

Maintain strong client relationship administration, ensuring timely responses and document management

Lead administration of the iManage document management system

Assist with month-end processes and internal reporting

Oversee and manage the Business Support team’s day-to-day operations

Provide occasional cover for facilities management when needed

Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement projects within the team and wider firm

Perform all other general administrative duties as required
