Job Description:

As Regional Growth Marketing & Business Development Manager within our Market & Clients team, you will support the regional growth team and Partners in the planning and implementation of a go to market strategy and plan across the region.

This role will be a key part of the regional growth team working alongside Partners and Directors to deliver on the agreed go to market strategy with a focus on supporting on target lists and key accounts, in addition to the roll out of national and local sales campaign activity.

Location: North & Scotland Region – Coverage across the patch: North West, Yorkshire & North East, and Scotland

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Growth Senior Manager on the creation and delivery of the regional growth strategy and plan, being conversant in the market opportunity, and regional market position etc
  • Give sales enablement support to the regional Partners and Directors: Development of regional target lists (in collaboration with SL and Sector teams), research on targets and meeting prep, management of follow up, pipeline management, embedding KPIs.
  • Lead clients and markets boards in support of Practice Leads, delivering updates on growth activity against KPIs
  • Work closely with Partners and Directors on delivery of an account management approach for agreed regional accounts
  • Support on delivery of local BD campaigns and activity, spotting fresh opportunities to develop new activity throughout the year.
  • Project manage the implementation of the national campaigns within the region to support Partners and Directors, ensuring that follow up takes place and ROI is measured.
  • Manage local PR relationship ensuring the brand is protected and enhanced locally, and local Partners and Directors are able to build their individual profiles.
  • Lead on local brand building and BD events alongside the regional growth executive and local support network, with a focus on the Scottish market.
  • Ensure clear internal communication across regional offices to promote enablement activity
  • An active participant in the broader regional growth team across the UK, collaborating on ideas, sharing successes and finding efficiencies in ways of working.
  • Reporting on progress.

You will have;

  • A proven track record in a similar business development or marketing role
  • Experience of co-ordinating marketing, client and business development plans for a location
  • Strong communication skills, in particular influencing at the most senior levels
  • Strong organisational skills and personal effectiveness and a focus on results
  • Ability to successfully manage own time and completing multiple tasks / assignments with potentially competing deadlines
  • Project management experience
  • Strong grasp of analysis and measuring return on investment (ROI)
