Job Description
- Lead audit engagements across a portfolio of private capital clients, acting as the senior relationship holder and ensuring the quality and commercial performance of the work.
For complex assignments, you will either lead directly or work closely alongside a partner, bringing broader business insight to the engagement.
- Business development is a genuine part of this role. Build and maintain a network that generates fee‑winning opportunities, both within your area and for the wider firm.
- Play a key role in shaping our market strategy in the region, identifying where we can grow existing services, develop new ones, and maximise our position in the private capital space.
- On the people side, invest meaningfully in your team: set clear objectives, coach people at every level, identify development opportunities, and build the next generation of directors and partners.

- Commercially own the financial performance of your client base: understand profitability, manage working capital within firm targets, control overhead costs, and hit agreed fee growth targets.
