And we empower our people with real opportunity, an inclusive culture and workâlife balance.

And with that comes the opportunity to help redefine what our industry looks like, and what you want from your career.
Real responsibility. Real impact. Right from the start. Tax professionals are analysts, advisers, and forwardâthinkers. They stay ahead of constantly evolving tax changes, helping businesses adapt, stay compliant, and make informed decisions. Our tax teams donât just respond to change, they help shape the way organisations move forward while keeping them informed every step of the way.
Our tax practice is made up of over 15 specialist teams and more than 40 partners, working with clients across sectors such as technology, financial services, and notâforâprofit. When you join our tax service line, youâll be driven by curiosity â keen to understand the challenges our clients face and help them navigate whatâs right for their business. Youâll tackle complex problems, grow through handsâon experience, and be supported every step of the way. There will be challenges along the way, but thatâs where youâll thrive â and thatâs how youâll make an impact.
Youâll provide bespoke advice to our clients on UK and international tax laws and regulations, along with their application and other direct, indirect, and operational tax issues. The constantly evolving landscape calls for an approach that puts whatâs right first, so you will need to push ideas harder and ask the difficult questions to give clients the assurance they need to support their ambitions and growth. Our clients value the combination of tax technical expertise and sector/market knowledge.
Weâre looking for actively curious, purposefully driven, and candid but kind individuals who want to shape the future of business â not follow it. Our 12âmonth placement programme is your springboard into the world of business â offering handsâon experience, real responsibility, and a chance to see the impact of your work as you build skills for your final year and future career.
What youâll do:
- Work with a variety of clients, such as asset management, retail and investment funds, insurance, banking and all types of financial intermediaries.
- Get involved from day one, contributing to real tax projects â not just observing â and making a meaningful impact early on.
- Take on responsibility quickly, owning tasks that stretch your thinking and build your confidence.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues, breaking down complex tax changes and turning them into clear, practical advice for clients.
- Support clients, with everything from the tax compliance process, planning their operational and legal structures, advising on the availability of beneficial tax claims and assessing their risk management.
- Learn every day on the job, with guidance from mentors and a structured training programme to build your technical, digital and professional skills.
Who weâre looking for:
- Curious minds who explore ideas and ask thoughtful questions.
- Innovative problem solvers with a sharp eye for data and detail.
- Collaborative partners who work respectfully and build trust with others.
- Effective communicators who listen, adapt, and express ideas clearly.
- Selfâleaders who manage and flex their time, mindset, and energy effectively.
- Careerâmindful contributors who take initiative and are motivated to grow.
What youâll get:
- Technology to support your learning and client work.
- Dedicated support network, from experienced managers and mentors whoâll guide you every step of the way.
- Our approach to how we work helps you balance life, learning and work.
- Exclusive discounts on shopping, gyms and wellbeing services.
- Opportunities to give back through mentoring, volunteering or fundraising initiatives.
- Competitive salary and benefits package, including extra holiday options (including flexible bank holidays and the option to purchase additional holidays), life assurance, and private medical insurance.
Join the firm thatâs shaping the accountants of the future. Weâre growing fast, and we want you to grow with us. With digitalâfirst innovation and an inclusive culture that powers progress, this is your chance to shape whatâs next. This isnât just a placement programme. Itâs the start of something bigger.
