Our Business Risk Services (BRS) team provide clients with support on their internal audit functions, through the provision of tailored, flexible and cost-effective solutions, that provide access to industry best practice methodology, value add insights and subject matter expertise.

A look into the role:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in our Business Risk Services offering.
- Identify, establish and pursue opportunities, partnerships and client relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads and opportunities across risk consulting, programme assurance, tech, data and AI.
- Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance our market presence.
- Represent our firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising business development activities, progress and outcomes.

Joining us as a Business Risk Services Business Development Director, the minimum criteria you’ll need is practice experience and experience of driving opportunities and lead nurturing across the risk consultancy space, experience with FTSE 250 companies and a proven network. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- You’ll have a thorough understanding and a proven track record of lead generation, sales and identifying cold targets.
