Job Description & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Healthcare Advisory team. With 3‑8 years of relevant project management experience—depending on the level applied for—you will lead and support the successful delivery of healthcare consulting projects across public and private sector healthcare organisations, both nationally and internationally. In this role you will collaborate closely with healthcare consultants and client stakeholders to manage project execution, ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope, and drive innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare sector. You will also contribute to business development and client relationship management, while mentoring junior team members. The role offers a chance to support a variety of client engagements within our healthcare portfolio. Candidates with clinical backgrounds are particularly valued, although this is not essential.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, addressing project‑related queries, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Conduct in‑depth research and data analysis to support the development of strategic solutions for healthcare clients, including sector trend analysis, regulatory review, and operational data assessment.
- Contribute to developing and delivering innovative healthcare solutions, collaborating with senior consultants to create actionable recommendations and strategies tailored to each client.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and deliverables that clearly communicate project findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing proposals, tender documentation, business development activities, and marketing initiatives to support the growth of the consulting firm’s healthcare advisory practice.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary and developing mitigation strategies; prepare comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status updates and more.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure project objectives are met; mentor and guide junior team members, offering advice and support as needed.
- Continuously monitor healthcare sector developments, including regulatory changes, market shifts and new technologies, and share relevant insights with the team to inform project strategies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance expertise in healthcare consulting and project management methodologies.
