Grant Matthewson Chartered Certified Accountants are looking to add a Receptionist/Office Administrator to their team. Having recently moved into newly renovated offices, this small, vibrant, independently owned accountancy practice based to the south of Norwich provides accountancy and advisory services predominantly to entrepreneurial and owner managed businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting clients
  • Scanning and filing
  • Database maintenance
  • Archiving
  • Post
  • Liaising with clients
  • Making appointments
  • Organizing the director’s diaries
  • Assisting other members of the team with ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Be self-motivated
  • Have excellent communication skills

Full systems training will be provided and we will encourage self-development and progression within this role. Previous administration experience would be advantageous. This role is 35.5 hours a week; however, consideration will be given to part-time hours and the needs of the candidate.
