About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience by processing orders, managing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams and couriers. You’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Handle order inquiries and collaborate with sales and courier teams
- Maintain CRM records and track customer feedback
- Process sales orders for repairs, spare parts, and calibrations
- Organise product returns and manage stock updates
- Assist with sales activities, including price inquiries, quotation requests, and referrals to distributors
- Review incoming orders for correct pricing, products, accessories, and discounts
- Respond to customer queries, including technical queries within your knowledge, or refer to Technical Support
- Handle customer issues in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Conduct website audits for new and existing partners to improve content
