Although this position is being recruited through Grant Instruments, the role will be based within Eltek Data Loggers - part of the Grant Instruments group and located in the same building.

At Eltek, we design and manufacture specialist environmental monitoring and data logging systems. For over 40 years, our flexible and reliable technology has helped customers protect and understand their environments - from safeguarding museum collections to ensuring laboratory precision. We’re proud to be a UK-based company with a strong technical foundation and a reputation for quality, innovation, and expert customer support. Now, we’re growing our commercial team and looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join us.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful support. You will respond to enquiries, help customers understand the right products for their application, prepare quotations, and work closely with our engineering and field sales teams to ensure customers receive the best possible solution and service. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and making sure enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish.

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries (email, web, and phone) with advice, pricing, and technical information
  • Help customers identify suitable solutions for their monitoring requirements
  • Manage and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and sales pipeline activity
  • Support field sales and engineers with quotations, demos, and tender response
  • Stay up to date on Eltek’s hardware, software, and applications
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines

Background in customer service, sales support, or technical support. Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
