About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by responding to customer enquiries, qualifying leads, preparing quotations, and supporting field sales and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries (email, web, phone) with advice, pricing, and technical information
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers across diverse sectors
- Manage and maintain CRM records (HubSpot) and sales pipeline activity
- Support field sales and engineers with quotations, demos, and tender responses
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign and lead activity
- Stay up to date on Eltek’s hardware, software, and applications
- Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in sales, sales support, or customer service
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisation, proactive follow-up, and CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain technical products clearly
