Задачи
- Conduct regular 1:1s, provide actionable feedback, and support engineers’ career growth, performance, and skill development
- Own squad momentum and delivery rhythm
- Work with product and design to break down projects, manage trade-offs, remove friction, and keep shipping cycles fast and predictable
- Implement just enough process to keep teams aligned and unblocked while avoiding bureaucracy and rigid frameworks
- Build a team environment based on accountability, trust, and autonomy; maintain morale and foster craftsmanship and ownership
- Partner with Talent and Leadership to recruit, interview, and onboard engineering talent as the team scales
Требования
- 2+ Years of experience managing engineering teams in fast-moving, high-bar product startups or tech companies
- Strong execution instincts, including scoping down features, identifying bottlenecks, and maintaining delivery without sacrificing quality
- Passion for developing people, active listening, and empowering engineers
- A software engineering background or strong technical foundation to understand architectural trade-offs, technical friction, and team discussions
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling operational tasks, and adapting as product priorities evolve
