Hey, weâre team Granola. Weâre building an AI notepad that helps teams get to the point faster. Now weâre rolling out a refreshed brand and weâre looking for someone to help bring it to life everywhere people experience Granola.
Weâre looking for a Brand & Motion Designer to shape how Granola looks, feels and moves. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product and marketing and plays a big part in how expressive, warm and human Granola feels. This is an inâperson role in London. Youâll be working closely with Design, Marketing and Engineering to ship highâquality creative quickly and consistently.
What youâll do:
- Turn early ideas into clear concepts and visuals for campaigns, launches and inâproduct announcements.
- Produce short videos, animations and creative for social, web films, and performance marketing.
- Apply our refreshed brand across web, email, social templates, presentations and event materials.
- Contribute to a regular creative refresh cycle for paid channels and explore new ideas for testing.
- Work closely with designers, engineers and marketers to bring concepts to life quickly.
- Create motion for product moments like interactions, transitions, loading states and feedback.
Your background looks something like:
- You have strong motion and visual design skills and can create clear, expressive movement for both product and marketing.
- Youâre comfortable taking a loose idea, exploring fast, iterating openly and pushing it to a strong final result.
- You can confidently produce shortâform video, animation and motion work.
- You can also produce highâquality static visual assets.
- You have strong visual craft and can apply a brand consistently across many touchpoints.
- Youâre comfortable collaborating in person and moving quickly with feedback.
- You can work autonomously and take ideas from early exploration through to final output.
Nice to have:
- Experience rolling out or extending a brand system.
- Familiarity with interactive or lightweight motion workflows.
- Experience creating or testing performance creative.
- Basic sound design or 3D skills.

We are living in the most exciting time for tool builders since Engelbartâs demo in 1968. We want to assemble the best crew to build this future together, here in London. Our compensation philosophy is to pay slightly above market on salary and above market on equity.
