We are a growing, fast-paced, independent, physician-owned medical practice looking to add to our incredible team. We are a multi-site facility offering care in Derry, Bedford, Raymond, and Windham. This is a great opportunity to learn in our specialty office, including Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis, Celiac Disease, Hepatitis C, Barrett's Esophagus, GERD, IBS, and much more. Key Responsibilities of CNA/LNA/MA:
- Provide support to our clinical staff including chart preparation for patient encounters.
- Obtain patient history and vital signs and enter into EMR.
- Prepare capsule endoscopies in the office.
- Coordinate patient care information with other health care providers.
- Triage patient calls and Klara messages.
- Obtain prior authorization for medication, radiology tests, and GI procedures.
- Work with our three endoscopy centers scheduling EGD/Colonoscopies.
- Maintain clean and organized exam rooms and med closet.
- Encourage meetings with drug reps to further educate on the use of GI medication functions and diseases.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of CNA/LNA/MA program or received proper on-the-job training to obtain CNA/LNA/MA certification.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task with constant interruptions required.
- Stellar organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to manage time effectively; work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to demonstrate initiative and use good judgement.
- Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
