Company Overview: We are a renewable energy company advancing floating offshore wind technology, including our SQUID system for floating offshore wind turbine installation. SQUID enables pre-deployment of the mooring and cable system and subsequent rapid connection of the floating offshore wind turbine. As the global energy transition accelerates, we are focused on delivering innovative, scalable solutions for deep-water wind projects.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Director to lead business development and sales strategy within the floating offshore wind sector. With the SQUID system in the final stages of ABS certification and an inshore demonstration planned this year, this role will lead the sales effort to complete commercialisation of SQUID. The role focuses on building market presence and converting opportunities into contracts for SQUID in floating offshore wind.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years experience across moorings and/or subsea cables, with the ability to translate engineering concepts into compelling client value propositions. Experience in offshore energy projects (oil and gas and/or offshore wind) is essential; exposure to floating wind is highly desirable.
