To service, repair and test mechanical and hydraulic pressure control equipment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintaining and testing various pressure control equipment
- Assist in service, repair and testing of all Well Services equipment.
- To assist mechanics on other projects as instructed by the Operations Supervisor
- To assist on an ad-hoc basis offshore and overseas on pressure control projects
- To complete the necessary paperwork for the equipment for regular DNV sign-off
- To ensure that asset card maintenance routines are completed correctly
- To complete final checks on equipment prior to despatch
- To complete timesheets on a weekly basis
- To use forklift and overhead crane to prepare, load and unload equipment
- The job holder may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties, which they can be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive QHSE culture by taking reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others at all times. Be prepared to challenge unsafe acts and behaviour and report these using the correct reporting procedures.
