I am partnering exclusively with a multi-disciplinary services company who are looking for a hands-on, operationally credible General Manager to lead and shape their Remote Access & Lifting business line during an exciting period of early-stage growth. This role requires a builder β€” someone who can bring order and rigour to a growing business line, put the right people and processes in place, and create a platform for long-term commercial success across lifting & rigging, ATV operations, track matting, off-road logistics, and HGV/HIAB services in the infrastructure, grid, substation, and hydro sectors.

A key part of this role will be helping to establish a project management and engineering function within the business line β€” building the internal capability needed to pursue and deliver larger, more complex work scopes and position the company for the next stage of growth.

We require you to have a proven track record of working with Tier 1 power contractors and have a strong focus on implementation and adherence to robust processes. With this role being Inverness based, we are keen to speak to the very best candidates UK wide and with this in mind will factor in a relocation package to make the transition seamless.
