Immediately Available 3/4 Month Senior HSE Advisor/Manager Contract**

Granite Recruitment is partnering with a fantastic Aberdeenshire based Engineering firm who are highly-respected and have a fantastic reputation in the market.

This is a great 3-4 month contract to parachute into the business and assist them during a very busy spell.

This role suits a HSE professional who is comfortable being on the shop floor and being in the workshop day-to-day.

We require you to have experience of managing ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification audits, any experience of working within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, construction or other industrial environments is highly advantageous.

You will be responsible for

  • Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, engagement and visible leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety, environmental and quality legislation and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, including audits and certification activities.
  • Develop, review and implement policies, procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Monitor HSE performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations to the management team
