An excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Account Manager / Client Partner to join a fast-growing healthcare focused digital agency.

The company have an excellent reputation in their sector and are now working with a large client base including international brands.

This is a client-facing role combining account management, digital marketing strategy and project delivery.

You will act as the primary point of contact for a range of healthcare clients, helping them to shape the digital marketing strategy and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard across paid media, SEO and content.

It would suit an Account Manager with some previous hands-on experience in a digital marketing / SEO / PPC executive role.

The agency is fully embracing AI, so ideally you will have experience using AI tools or AI enable delivery systems.

Main responsibilities will include

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Lead digital marketing activity across SEO, Paid Media and Content
  • Understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies
  • Coordinate with specialist teams to deliver campaigns and website projects
  • Monitor performance, prepare reports and present insights to clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve results and grow accounts
  • Manage project timelines, communications and stakeholder expectations

Do you have the following?

  • Experience as a Digital Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Client Partner or similar
  • Good digitial marketing knowledge, with a Digital Marketing Exec / PPC Exec / SEO Exec background
  • Experience xgikmsk with / open to the potential of AI within digital marketing
  • Healthcare experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Great client facing skills
  • Organisation and time management
