The role would suit a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager who has worked in a technical role, has strong knowledge of SQL and knowledge of the software / SaaS sector.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Working with clients to gather requirements for product configurations
- Work with development teams to ensure tech requirements are met
- Create requirements and integration documentation
- SQL scripting for implementation
- Support clients with onboarding and training
Does this sound like you?
- 4+ years + experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager or similar
- Software / SaaS knowledge
- Strong knowledge of SQL and XML
- Experience working with development teams and an understanding of the SDLC
- Experience working with external clients
- Knowledge of the financial services industry would be beneficial
