A fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join a successful software house in Bristol, joining a small, friendly IT team to provide technical support to around 250 users.
It would suit someone with some commercial experience in a 1st line role (Support Engineer, Service Desk / Help Desk Analyst etc.) who is looking for an environment where they can build their skills and quickly progress to 2nd line and beyond. This is a great chance to learn quickly and progress in your career.
You will initially be working closely with another support engineer to provide support in a cloud-first Windows / Microsoft based environment, covering day-to-day IT support, device management, security, onboarding etc.
Ideally you will have the following experience:
- Some commercial 1st line IT support experience (or relevant qualifications)
- Microsoft 365
- Networking
- Familiar with a helpdesk / ticketing system
The role is based in central Bristol and would initially be 3 days a week on site (likely to move to 2 days in the first 6 months).
