A great opportunity for an IT Manager / IT Support Team Lead to join an established software house in North Bristol, leading a small technical support team who provide internal IT & infrastructure support to the Bristol office.

The role would suit someone with a mix of managerial and hands-on skills – it would probably be around 60% hands-on so will require strong up-to-date technical skills.

Technical responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day IT support
  • Managing the IT infrastructure
  • Ensuring IT system upgrades are performed successfully

On the team lead side, it would be managing two experienced support engineers and ensuring a high level of support is provided. The environment is around 70% Windows and 30% Linux.
