A fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial services SaaS organisation in Bath as a .NET Software Developer, with a clear route to progress into a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or Technical Architect role over time.
This position would suit a developer with 2+ years’ experience who is looking to broaden their career beyond hands-on coding within the next 12–24 months. You’ll be technically confident, curious about how products come together, and comfortable seeing the bigger picture. An interest or background in financial services would be beneficial.
You’ll join a small, high-performing team that’s heavily invested in modern technology, working across the full stack with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
What you’ll be doing initially:
- Designing and implementing new features for their SaaS platform
- Working primarily with C# and .NET
- Contributing to front-end JavaScript and SQL Server development
- Applying test-driven development practices
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience as a .NET Developer
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET
- Comfortable working full stack with JavaScript (modern framework experience a plus) and SQL Server
- A genuine interest in product development, solution design, or technical analysis
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
