Granite Digital is seeking a Digital Project Manager within the Belfast Office. Join our highly successful team and be a part of a dynamic and innovative team pushing the boundaries of technology and customer experiences. As a Digital Project Manager, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to delivering solutions that meet our client's needs, budget and timelines while ensuring best-in-class delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all aspects of project delivery, from planning and managing project process to overseeing project scope, timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and accountability.
- Track and report project progress.
- Be the go-to person for all things project-related, responsible for the entire life cycle of client projects.
- Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, setting and managing expectations for scope, timeline, and budget.
- Forge strong, collaborative partnerships with your team members and clients to drive success.
- Be a problem-solver, tackling any obstacles that arise and ensuring smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency or software house environment.
- Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- A deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- A process-oriented mindset with clear, proactive communication and strong commercial acumen.
- Experience managing budgets, and resourcing across multiple concurrent projects.
- A can-do attitude with a proactive approach.
- Strong technical literacy and the ability to communicate digital solutions in layperson terms.
