Web Designer / Developer – Remote (occasional Bristol meetings) – £36,000-£40,000 + bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Bristol\’s fastest growing web design agencies as a Web Designer / Developer, working with clients to design and build exceptional websites and deliver a first‑class service.

It would suit a creative Web Designer / UI Designer / Digital Designer with hands‑on technical ability who is keen to join a remote‑first organisation that are scaling rapidly – they are a genuine Bristol success story!

There is real flexibility around working patterns, and the vast majority of the work can be done from home – with meetings in person every couple of weeks or so in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

• Building high quality websites on their inhouse CMS
• Ensure designs are both eyecatching and user-friendly
• Working closely with the client from initial design concept to final build

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Web Designer
• A strong portfolio
• Experienced with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc.
• Able to build sites from scratch with HTML and CSS
• Strong client communication skills
