Join a growing digital agency as the SEO Manager, responsible for shaping and delivering organic strategies across SEO and content. The agency is embracing AI, and the role will play a key part in building AI processes and implementing AI SEO. This is a strategic role whilst still involving plenty of delivery; it will be leading a team of two SEO Executives and would suit someone comfortable talking to large clients to develop strategies which the team can implement. A key part of the role will be staying on top of advancements in search and AI, and using that knowledge to improve processes at the agency.

The role will involve the following:

  • Leading development & execution of organic strategies across SEO and content
  • Remain hands-on in the delivery of technical SEO activity such as audits, implementation plans and reporting
  • Work with the Content Lead to ensure SEO and content goals align
  • Use AI tools to streamline delivery and improve efficiency
  • Mentoring and training for junior SEO Executives
  • Ultimately focusing on delivering successful SEO strategies for clients

Ideally you will have the following experience:

  • Previous experience as an SEO Manager, or be an experienced and ambitious Executive looking to step up
  • Extensive SEO experience – ideally agency side
  • Knowledge of the technical side of SEO
  • Experience with industry SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, Majestic, Raven, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console
  • Experience or an interest in AI with regards to SEO
  • Healthcare experience would be a bonus
