THE ROLE The heart of the role is delivering exceptional food by leading, training and developing your kitchen brigade with care. As Head Chef, you will oversee the quality and consistency of our food offering, manage your kitchen team, drive operational and commercial standards, and support our seasonal menu changes. We understand that balance looks different for everyone, and the role is designed with flexibility in mind.

ABOUT YOU You love food and take a particular interest in how it is grown and produced, and you take great pride in teaching your team. You are a warm and approachable leader who inspires through example and enjoys helping the team grow. You care about seasonality, sustainable sourcing and cooking with whole ingredients. A knowledge of Australian food is welcome. Our restaurants are busy environments, and an ability to thrive in that environment is essential. Above all though, you care about flavour, learning and generosity. Formal training is not essential — experience, curiosity and attitude matter just as much. We particularly welcome applications from women, who are under-represented in senior kitchen roles across our industry, and we are committed to changing that.

  • An additional day of holiday for every year of service after two years.
  • Wellbeing support and private GP services through Hospitality Rewards.
