The role as an Associate - Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search)

As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering executive search assignments for leading organisations. You’ll learn how to identify and engage top talent, build relationships with industry leaders, and contribute to the success of high-profile projects. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll develop the commercial, analytical, and interpersonal skills needed for a successful career in executive search.

Main responsibilities as an Associate:

  • Support the delivery of executive search projects from start to finish
  • Build relationships with senior leaders and industry experts
  • Conduct research to identify talent and market trends
  • Contribute to client communications and project coordination
  • Develop your knowledge of global markets and leadership challenges

We are currently hiring for two Associate positions. For one of these roles, we are particularly interested in candidates with Spanish language skills to support our work across Spanish-speaking markets.
