THE ROLE
This is a full-time position with a mix of daytime, eveningand weekend shifts.
The role offers the chance to learn from colleagues,including our Global Culinary Director, whodevelops recipes acrossAustralia, Japan, South Korea and the U.K., our Head of Food and SourcinginLondon, who works closely with farmers, growers and producers, as wellas our experiencedGroup Head Chef.
